Hi, As told in the desciption, Advanced Yoga Practices (AYP) is a system of intergrated yogic lessons put together by Yogani. Before we go in to AYP itself, its probably important to talk some thing about Yogani himself. Actually there is not much any one knows about him except that he is an American living in Jacksonville, Florida and that he held a day-job as an engineer. He is also married with three children. Yogani, of course is a pseudonym. Post retirement in the 2000s, Yogani decided to start a Yahoo group to discuss his flavor of Yoga practices which later came to be known as AYP. As the number of group members grew, he decided to put it up in a website. The website mentioned above is where these lessons reside and there is also a support forum which goes along with it.
